  • 1. How do I view a daily calendar?
     

    Don’t want to be bothered with the whole week and only want to focus on a specific day? No problemo!

    If you want to view your schedule for one specific date only (e.g. Sept 14th), go to :
    Homepage > Timetables > Select the timetable the date is under (e.g. Term 1) > Select the date the timetable is under. (e.g. Current Week - Sept 14-18). Then, simply click on the date (e.g. Sept 14th Day 4) and voilà! Your daily timetable will show up!

  • 2. Can I share my daily timetable, including lesson plans, with another teacher or a substitute?
     

    Yes, you can do this, and yes, this is amazing! You can send your daily timetable, including lesson plans, to a substitute teacher or another teacher who wants to see what you are doing on a specific day. Here’s how:

    To send a whole day plan, go to:
    Homepage > Timetables > Select the timetable the date is under (e.g. Term 1) > Select the date the timetable is under. (e.g. Current Week - Sept 14-18). Then, click on the date (e.g. Sept 14th Day 4) and click on ‘Email’ at the top right hand of the screen.

  • 3. But what if I just want to share a specific lesson plan with a teacher or substitute?
     

    Also such a great feature! Sharing is caring and we all know teachers love it when others share lesson plans - why do ALL the work when we can help each other out, right? To share a specific lesson plan, go to:

    Homepage > Lesson Plans > Subject (select the subject it is under) > select the lesson > Email this lesson.

  • 4. How do I know my lessons are saved (to iPhone/iPad)?
     

    Good question! We all know how much time goes into creating lesson plans, timetables, and inputting our data!

    All of your data is automatically synced to your account so you don’t have to worry about saving it yourself - we take care of that for you!

  • 5. How do I view Timetables or To-Do’s that have been Archived?
     

    Need to view what you did last year at this time? Want to see what you did last month in a specific subject? Need to record when you contacted a parent? It’s all safe and sound in your Archives (unless, you've deleted it - oops! ). Go to:

    Home page > Settings > Archives > To Dos > The year of the To Do > Select Your Archived To Do

    Do the same thing for your Archived Timetables under: Archives > Timetables

  • 6. How do I apply changes to my current and/or future timetables?
     

    Has your schedule changed? Have you put in the wrong info? Need to add a Holiday Date you forgot? No need to worry! Go to:

    Homepage > Timetables > Select Timetable you want to edit > Settings button (top right of the screen).

    You can now edit the name, timetable, dates, holidays, or delete the whole timetable itself.

  • 7. Why is there a 'notes' section for my lesson?
     

    You can use the notes section for many things. Here are some helpful tips that you might like!
    - You want to use a lesson plan that you have created but want to make a little modification to the lesson for a certain block!
    - There is a school assembly or you are gone on a field trip during a specific block
    - You want to note which student is struggling with a specific lesson, which student is being a leader or any other information regarding your student!
    - You want to view another lesson plan in relation to this lesson plan
    - You were not able to complete this lesson today and want to review part of it tomorrow
    - You want to add adaptations to the lesson or for specific student(s)
