Yes, you can do this, and yes, this is amazing! You can send your daily timetable, including lesson plans, to a substitute teacher or another teacher who wants to see what you are doing on a specific day. Here’s how:
To send a whole day plan, go to:
Homepage > Timetables > Select the timetable the date is under (e.g. Term 1) > Select the date the timetable is under. (e.g. Current Week – Sept 14-18). Then, click on the date (e.g. Sept 14th Day 4) and click on ‘Email’ at the top right hand of the screen.
